Deafinitely Sign Academy

Deafinitely Sign Academy is officially registered in the Register of Social Enterprises, under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. This formal recognition underscores our dedication to social empowerment and aligns our efforts with the esteemed standards of the Ministry. Our status as a registered social enterprise is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality sign language education and our active contribution to the betterment of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

Deafinitely Sign Academy is proud to be recognized as a licensed Vocational Training Center, accredited by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training. Our license, numbered 2022121602, specifically endorses us for the profession of "Interpreter from and into Bulgarian Sign Language" under the specialty of "Bulgarian Sign Language."

We are an accredited training organization authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science to provide specialized training for educators on Bulgarian sign language and the needs of the deaf community. Deafinitely Sign Ltd. holds an ISO 9001:2015 quality management certificate with registration number 1710BGR249Q

Courses

At Deafinitely Sign Academy, our teaching of Bulgarian Sign Language adheres to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This internationally recognized standard ensures a structured and comprehensive learning experience for our students. Our course levels are designed to cater to a wide range of learners, from absolute beginners to advanced sign language users.

At Deafinitely Sign Academy, we develop our BGSL training materials with the valuable input of our team of deaf trainers, who bring their native language experience and daily interactions to the forefront. Enhanced by insights from international sign language training specialists, our content is rich and authentic. We primarily use engaging video and presentation materials accessible to our learners via a dedicated online training platform.

Understanding the diverse needs of our learners, Deafinitely Sign Academy offers two convenient forms of training for our courses:

In-Person Training: Join us at our physical location in Sofia at 33 Alexander Malinov Blvd., Campus X.
Online Training: For those who prefer the flexibility of learning from a distance or cannot make it to our Sofia location, we offer comprehensive online courses.
